Cranmore Cricket Club
We are a friendly club open to all who wish to play and learn to play cricket.We play competitive cricket for all age group,we also play many friendly games if you do not like the competive style of play.We offer the facility to train with our own net.Most of all we are like a family who like to play cricket the fun way.
We are situated in the mendips just 3 miles east of Shepton Mallet.Our ground is next to the A361 at Cranmore Crossroads.
We are about 400 yds from the East Somerset Railway.Most of our games are played with the distant whistle's of the steam train's taking people on day trips.
When our games are finished we all enjoy a few drinks in the Charlton Inn in Shepton Mallet.The landlord is very hospitable and allows us to meet there for an after game chat.
